KTN news anchor Ben Kitili and his wife Amina Mude have have separated barely two years after their wedding.

In a post shared on her Insta-stories, Amina revealed that the two of them have not been together for the past one month.

She however did not reveal the cause of them separating.

“Ben and I are currently ‘separated’. I don’t know what the future holds but am grateful for the beautiful memories and definitely the beautiful kids we made. It’s been one month of pain and tears but I know that one day the light will shine,” wrote Amina Mude

In a separate post, Amina cautioned people against spreading rumors and speculations as to why they parted ways.

“Watu wa rumors, please don’t start spreading lies. We are good. Am good, I will be better. Meanwhile don’t forget to sanitize and keep safe #Cheers.” She added

The couple tied the knot at the attorney general’s office in November 2018 and later hosted a reception party for their close friends and family members.

The song featuring rapper Khaligraph Jones got pulled down from YouTube over copyright ingfringement allegations.

The song dubbed “Nikupee” was pulled down after a Youtuber identified as Eli Gits official petitioned the YouTube management to have the song pulled down.

“Video unavailable: This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Eli Gits Official’ reads the message from YouTube.

Master piece has also taken to social media to assure his fans that he is working to ensure the song is restored back on YouTube.

In a series of posts shared on her social media platforms, the former politician revealed that she has now found a new calling after her political career came to an end.

The former politician turned gospel artiste now says it has taken her 47 years to find her true calling.

“It took 47 years to know what God Has assigned me to do. This is because I wasn’t keen to allow Him to guide me.In 2018 I started on a deep spiritual journey. To know God more than what a preacher said. I wanted to have a deeper relationship and a wider understanding of who God is and why He created me. I started reading His word more and spending time in prayer. God is faithful,” she wrote in one of the messages

She further revealed how she relocated to the United States after losing a bid for the senatorial seat in 2017 and it is there that she got a song idea.

“I went to the US for about 4 months. I had made up my mind that I was going to relocate there and venture into business. I had done my research and a business plan. In the middle of all this that looked like my own good plan, one day I was sitting outside the porch reflecting on my journey and tried to understand what was ahead of me and also trying to confirm if the decision I had made was the right one,” she added

While all this was happening, a song came into her mind and she sang it for about 10 minutes which she described as not normal. The former women representative said she then decided to record it on the phone and then the studio.

Lay went on to record other songs and launched her first hit Najua Wewe Ni Bwana on Monday, June 29, which happened to be her birthday.

On Monday Harmonize joined mourners to pay the last respects to Babu Tale’s wife Shamsa Kombo who died on Sunday.

The bad blood exiting between Diamond Platnumz’s Manager Sallam SK and Singer Harmonize took the center stage at the burial ceremony leaving many with mixed reactions.

Harmonize was accorded a cold reception when he showed up to pay his last respects to Tale’s wife.

While making his entry to the venue, Konde Boy shook hands with a good number of people in the VIP tent, but upon greeting Sallam SK, the manager shoved his hand declining to shake hands with him.

Harmonize however went on to shake hands with other people before taking his seat.

The video has since gone viral on social media, evoking mixed reactions on whether it was right for Sallam SK to decline to shake hands with Harmonize.

Despite the unfortunate incident, Konde Boy fully participated in the burial ceremony, until the last minute when Tale’s wife was laid to rest.

Sleepy differed with his colleague Zainabu Zeddy following her expose on the Churchill show creative director.

In a long post, Sleepy said the accusation against Victor Ber are unfounded, because the creative director had a very personal relationship with most of the comedians he is being accused of exploiting.

Last week new made headlines that comedian Othuol Othuol has been hospitalized at Kenyatta National Hospital after he collapsed.

The comedian who as been in and out of hospitall for the past two years, was rushed to Kitengela Hospital before being reffered to Kenyatta.

Fans have been speculating on what the comedian could be ailing from since the news broke.

Othuol Othuol was diagnosed with Tuberculosis (TB) and has been on medication for the last seven months.

Ailing Churchill show  comedian Ben Maurice Onyango popularly known as Othuol Othuol has been diagnosed with an abnormal brain infection.

The comedian’s current health status was shared by the Chairman of Comedians in Kenya, Ken Waudo.

Speaking to a local publication, Waudo said the doctors are yet to acertain whether the growth is a tumor or not.

He further added that the comedian will have to stay in hospital for the next six weeks  as he undergoes treatment.

“The first MRI scan for the hospitalized Comedian Ben Maurice Onyango popularly known as Othuol Othuol results were released and indicate he has an abnormal infection in the brain. The medics told us they could not confirm if it’s a tumor or not.Consequently this means he will remain under hospital scrutiny for the next 6 WEEKS as well as under medication as subscribed. Within a period of two weeks from now, he’ll have to undergo another MRI scan if there’s no change,” Waudo said

Othuol Othuol was rushed to the Kitengela hospital on 24th June after collapsing at his house in Kitengela.

He was later rushed to Kenyatta National hospital where he has been admitted since.

The comedian has also been receiving constant treatment for TB after he was diagnosed with the disease seven moths ago.

Kenyans have once again shown their helping spirit after coming to the rescue of former Tusker Project Fame star Alavn Gatitu.

Over the weekend Alvan revealed that he had spent Saturday night in the cold after he was locked out by his landlady over rent arrears.

The former TPF star turned comedian revealed that prior to being locked out his electricity and water had been disconnected.

“So covid-19 imeaffect watu wengi in various ways kuna wenye wamekuwa wagonjwa and those ones who their livelihoods have been affected. I’m here to attest to the second part where your live hood has been affected. The reason why I’m on the street right now recording at 5.30 in the morning is because I just woke up. I slept in a guard’s booth hapa Riara kwa sababu nilifungiwa nyumba,” he said.

Alvan revealed that he tried calling his landlady and landlord, but the calls went unanswered and he had to look for a place to spend the night because it was already 6.30 pm.

He further revealed that efforts to get help from friends also failed adding that one friend even instructed her guards not to let him in.

“My land lady and landlord waliamua wako na shida zao na mimi nikaenda zangu so mimi nililala nje. Please note that as this was happening nilikuwa nimekatiwa maji na stima for one and a half weeks. Betty Kyalo’s sister Mercy Kyalo has been forced to respond to allegations she is not in good terms with her sister.

Kenyans have been asking questions regarding their relationship after noticing Mercy Kyalo missed her sister’s Flair By Betty launch recently.

The two have been fond of posting each other on social media, seem to have taken a hiatus from their social media bromance.

Speaking during an interview with Massawe Japanni, Mercy who did not reveal much about her current relationship with her sister Betty said that she has been receiving messages from fans on the same.

She went on to say that brotherhood is complicated and brothers and sisters often have disagreements.

Kings Music Record Label CEO Ali Saleh Kiba popularly known as Alikiba has parted ways with his manager Esi Mgimba barely 8 months after hiring her.

In an Interview Tanzania station, he revealed that he resorted to firing his manager after some work related misunderstandings.

He also added that the bubbly Ms. Mgimba went against some work ethics at Kings Music resulting to her contract being dissolved.

“Ni kweli sifanyi nae kazi tena. Ni taratibu za kazi, amekuwa na mchango kwenye kampuni yetu katika kipindi cha nyuma, lakini kuna vitu vilitokea and some misunderstanding na management tukakubaliana tumuondoe. Lakini sio kwamba hawezi kazi, hapana, ni mchapakazi lakini alienda kinyume kidogo na kazi vilitufanya sisi kumuondoa,” explained Alikiba

Ali Kiba further added that parting ways with ms. Mgimba will not affect the runnings of Kings Music in any way.

“Hapana, haitoleta taabu hata kidogo, Esi alikuwa mtu ambaye alikuwa anapenda kufanya hiyo kazi (Aliyoacha Seven) lakini hakuwa na experience, lakini kwa muda huu akae kujifunza zaidi how to manage. Pastor Robert Burale has revealed that he tested positive for Covid-19 last week.

In a post shared on social media, Burale who is currently admitted at Nairobi Hospital revealed that he rushed to the hospital last week after developing breathing complications.

THE battle belongs to the Lord …So I waited for the president to give his speech before I put up my post ..Now that the country is opened..I owe it to family, friends and people I love this information…Above all, everything we go through Is for Gods glory..

“Last week Wednesday I(after recording an FB program that airs of Fridays)was struggling to breath and rushed to Nairobi Hospital where I was tested for Covid-19 (the doctor in the PPE was the most intimidating thing at that moment) 24 hours later the results were out…The doctor walks in to the isolation room and she says “Hello Mr Burale your results are out,” and I reply “So I can go home” ..she says, “Unfortunately you have tested positive for Covid and we have to now take you to the isolation ward.” A lot went through my mind …I was scared….I got angry….I was devastated…Then I worried for my daughter (thank God she is perfectly okay)…Well Ladies and Gentlemen, still in shock, you are taken to a treated lift. It opens for you and you are briefed, “When the lift opens you will find somebody waiting for you” and I find a gentleman dressed in the full PPE…(this I only see in movies )…Kudos to Nairobi Hospital…..He immediately calmed me down and walked me to the bed…..As I walked through I saw grown men fighting for their lives …I was scared …VERY SCARED”he said

The stylish pastor further added that he was left fighting for his life at the facility for the next two days but his immunity is currently picking up.

He went on to caution Kenyans against downplaying the severity of the disease while at the same time thanking those who came out to show him support.

For two days I fought for my life under the great care of the Doctors and Nurses at Nairobi Hospital….I saw the Hand of God…My progress is good ..My vitals are responding well…

 Tanzanian Singer Vanessa Mdee has been forced to respond to allegations that her current boyfriend Rotimi is abusive.

In a video shared on social media, Mdee refuted claims that she was assaulted by her Boyfriend.

The Tanzanian singer insisted that Rotimi has never laid hands on her adding that allegations that her boyfriend has a tendency of assaulting women are not true.

She further added that the stories were ignited by a post that was made by Rotimi’s ex-girlfriend who had posted in her blog about being beaten by her ex-boyfriend.

According to the Tanzanian singer, Rotimi’s ex Christina Rogers was not talking about Rotimi in the blog.

“I will not be bullied on social media; I will not be that person Wanahabari wataandika kitu juu yangu alafu nitabaki kimya. Team yangu ya social media, imenijuza kuhusu comments kutokana na watu kusema kuwa Rotimi ananipiga, ati ni mtu ambaye anapiga wanawake.

Socialite and lawyer Corazon Kwamboka has finally confirmed that fitness guru Franky Kiarie is the father of her unborn child.

Speaking in an Insta live session with blogger Edgar Obare, Corazon narrated the story of how she met Franky and when the relationship started.

She further revealed that she realized she was pregnant while on holiday with her mum in Diani adding that she spoke to her baby daddy about it and they were all mature about raising the baby.

“I was with my mum in Diani for her birthday when i found out that i was three weeks pregnant. When i came back to nairobi, i bought pregnancy kits tested myself and the results were positive. I doubted it and i did another post the following day and the results were positive. For a week i didn’t tell my baby daddy and when i told him we agreed to have it. He wasn’t like ‘oooh that’s not my child! We were all mature about it. Just wanted to hear what he had to say. It was a blessing.” She said

Corazon further added that living with Franky during this Covid-19 pandemic has helped them get to know each other better.

“So far i’ve had a smooth pregnancy. The first trimester was good, i didn’t have any morning sickness and i just pray for the next few months to be safe.  I was so scared to share this [reveal she was pregnant] because i thought people would attack me but that hasn’t happened. The lockdown has helped me and the baby’s father to get to know each other more, bond and build our relationship” she added

Westlands Consituency Member of Parliament Tim wanyonyi now says his focus for his constituents in this financial  year will be how to develop the education sector.

According to the MP most of the projects including roads that he promised are already complete adding that he  will utilize this years’  budget to pay school fees for the vulnerable in Westlands Constituency.

‘‘Most of the projects are done including those that do not even fall under CDF …so for this financial year we shall focus on education and paying  fees for the needy including tertiary institutions.’’ Tim said.

Meanwhile he has called on Nairobi Metropolitan Service  to ensure Westlands constituency gets better services as it contributes a huge revenue to the county.
