Nairobi governor Mike Sonko is a proud grandfather of two after his daughter Saumu Mbuvi welcomed his second born on March 9th.
The governor visited his newest member of the family at Nairobi hospital on Thursday and shared the moment on his social media platforms.
“As Lois Wyse once said, “Grandchildren are the dots that connect the lines from generation to generation.”I have just visited my daughter who bore me a second grandchild, I couldn’t help but thank God for this great and humbling blessing,” he said
Under a series of photos, Sonko also shared how is proud to be a grand daddy.
“May God grant them both a long life filled with His Favour and Grace. I am very very proud to become Babu Sonko,” he added
Saumu has another child from an estranged relationship with Ben Gatu.
