Veteran gospel singer Rose Muhando now says that her life may be in danger after returning to the limelight.

According to the singer, the people who led her to misery at the peak of her career are back with threats.

During a recent interview, the singer said that on several occasions she has been dragged to the forest and had a gun put to her head.

She alleges that the people threatening her are trying to force her to do something but she did not reveal what exactly it was.

“Kwani mara ngapi nimechukuliwa nikapelekwa milimani, nikapelekwa msituni nikawekewa bastola kichwani nikubaliane na kile ambacho sitaweza kulisema lakini nilikataa nikasema niko radi kufa lakini hata kwa dakika moja siwezi kubaliana na utumwa ambao walitaka kunitumikisha nao, siwezi!” she said emotionally. (I have been taken to forests and mountain peaks on several occasions with a gun pointed to my head and told to accept things I don’t agree with and which I do not want to talk about on radio).”  She said

The singer who has managed to dominate airwaves after her return, was at one point making headlines after allegations of substance abuse and devil worshiping, allegations she says were lies spread by her former manager.

“Sikutaka kuwa mtumwa wa ngono, sitaki hata leo. Potelea mbali hata kama yeye alitaka kuchukua vitu vyangu, akaamua kunitengenezea scandal sababu nilimkataa (I did not want to be a sex slave even up to this day. He (manager) started the devil worshiping and drug abuse scandals after I declined his advances)” she added
