Gospel musician Owen Mwatia, better known by his stage name Daddy Owen, is already looking having a prosperous 2018 with lucrative deals that will have him smilling all the way to the bank.
The gospel music crooner landed a brand ambassador with a government parastatal late last year but only signed the deal on 2nd May 2018.
The ‘Vanity’ hitmaker is the new brand ambassador for the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF).
“Thanking God for such an opportunity! Brand Ambassador!!! Another one 2018 we ready for you!! #NHIFbrandambassador.” He wrote when he first received the deal
The singer is set to release a song to urge fans to register for NHIF membership.
Daddy Owen’s new role comes as the government steps up its efforts in enrolling more youth into the program.
In his new job the singer will be tasked with spreading word of the newly introduced NHIF supper cover through his Church tour Initiative
