Gospel star Size 8 has captured the hearts of her online followers after sharing a personal prayer for her second born child.

The singer shared a throwback photo holding her first born daughter Ladasha Belle while asking God to bless her with another child.

Size 8 has been rumored to be expecting her second born though both her and Dj Mo have not officially confirmed.

“Waaaaaaa the love a child gives to her mother waaaaaa so beautiful …… @ladashabelle …… genuine love with no strings attached…… major #tbt …….. God grace me with another little one in my hands let me have the grace to hold another little one again. Father Lord it’s not automatic to get pregnant it takes your grace and it’s not automatic to carry that pregnancy through till birth it’s only by your grace.” she wrote

The singer has always kept her fans updated about her health condition using it as a platform to encourage her fans.

Late 2018 size 8 revealed that she had a miscarriage after having complications.

“Rumours were in many blogs that I was pregnant but I never did really confirm it because it was a battle all the way, so I just wanted to go with the fight privately.But God decided the best lane for me and I lost the pregnancy juzi. To be honest I’ve cried and asked God so many questions. I have given my husband stress. He is trying to make me be okay,” she said

Lava Lava recently told journalists that he’s already working on leaving the label to start his own called BiteGang which will focus on nurturing young talent.

On Sunday during Wasafi Festival in Moshi, Lava Lava revealed that Bite Gang will also be ushering in their own studio soon.

Word on the streets is that the singer was spotted in Ruai and Jerusalem sometime this week.

The singer’s mother has confirmed that he jetted into  the country on Sunday and has been laying low because of jetlag.

The mother who is jovial for her son’s arrival did not however reveal if his trip is purely a private visit or if he will be working as well.

The ‘Uhiki’ singer has not been in the country for some time with most of his life now spent in the United States.

In 2015 the singer made a record breaking deal after signing to Atlantic Records, making history as the first East African to be signed with the label.

Hardstone is best known for his music which is a mixture of ragga, reggae and hiphop.

The 42 year old is credited as the pioneer urban style artist in Kenya and topped the Kenyan music scene for a while in the late 90’s.

Speaking to journalists, Vanny boy said it is too early for him to start thinking about exiting the label.

The singer says Wasafi has what it takes to elevate his career to the international level.

Vanny Boy who has been at Wasafi for three years has praised the leadership saying they turned him into a star.

Former media personality Jahmby Koikai is finally returning home after spending over a year and a half in the United States for treatment.

An excited Jahmby has revealed that she is now much better and will be landing in Nairobi soon.

In a post on social media, Koikai also gave Sauti Sol a hearty tribute saying their song “Kuliko Jana” helped her through the treatment.

”Hey fam, been unwell. We recorded this a few weeks ago. All I can say is thank you and God bless you all abundantly. Nairobi see you soon. Kuliko Jana has pushed me through this journey. God bless you all,” she wrote

The former TV host has been battling endometriosis and lung complications for over 19 years.

Rapper Kennedy Obimba, popularly known as King Kaka is currently on a charity walk from Nairobi to Nakuru  to raise funds for Sanitary towels.

The walk dubbed ‘Bank On Me Menstrual Walk 2019’ is currently on its second day and is expected to cover a total of 154 kilometers.

The rapper through social media revealed that the team has already covered 97 Kilometers.

“End of Day 2, what a day some of us almost gave up mimi included, my feet are really hurting. Anyway, the menstrual walk from Nairobi to Nakuru continues tonight we camp at Kinale Forestry,” he said yesterday.

The rapper also revealed that the journey has not been an easy one so far revealing that he had sustained a minor leg injury.

“Injury Number 1. Wacha tukazane, the menstrual walk continues our next stop is Naivasha,” he added

Kaka’s goal is to keep 100,000 girls in school by providing them with sanitary towels.

The walk will end with a major concert in Nakuru town on Saturday 24^th August 2019.

The rapper has also called on Kenyans to support the initiative by providing financial aid to buy the said Sanitary towel.

In the letter posted on her social media on Wednesday, Anerlisa called on the president to intervene and help local entrepreneurs.

Comedian Kartelo on Monday took to social media to reveal that he had been fired from the Chipukeezy Show aired on Youtube.

According to Kartelo, he had been facing issues with the media house because he had made the show too Ghetto.

The comedian revealed that the management demanding that he does not set foot at their studios again.

We spent most of our nights on the internet na mtaani tukisaka talents that weren’t given a voice. According to Chipukeezy he pulled the plug on his show after Ebru terminated Kartelo’s contract.

The veteran comedian says he could not turn the show into a corporate affair yet it is meant for the youth.

Chipukeezy also revealed that his show will be shifted to air on a different platform.

“Hey Guys… A quick one. So I received an email from Ebru TV asking me to terminate my agreement and Collaboration with Kartelo on my show. They say they are a bit concerned that the show has become a bit Ghetto because of the many Youths (Upcoming Musicians and Comedians) on the show. They requested that we try and change the format a little bit. Maybe interview more politicians and afew Corporate Executives. For as much as I respect their request or rather decision, I would like to categorically state that I feel my calling and mission could just be the exact opposite. My Passion, Desire and Vision is to LIFT the Youth of this Country. I feel like God has offered me an opportunity to create a platform for these Young people who are mostly from the slams and majorly disadvantaged. Our politicians are good, they are more than good. Our Executives are actually living their dreams. On the other hand I feel like most talented youths are without hope and opportunity and unless someone holds their hands their Future is mostly uncertain. I am not willing or planning under any circumstances to stop supporting Kartelo and any other young person in this industry and since Ebru seems to have made up their minds on Terminating Kartelo appearance on my show I am sadly left with no option but to terminate my Contract as well. In its defense Ebru TV now says they terminated Kartelo’s conrtract after he failed to deliver targets as expected.

The media house also claims that Chipukeezy’s show had lost ratings and that the comedian is only using Kartelo to boost ratings.

“Two Day ago Ebru Tv had an disagreement with Kartelo on a project because he had been paid to push and promote an Online Advertisement which he failed to deliver according to our expectations. But as per on Thursday 22/8/2019 he had not posted any of the adverts on his platforms. Based on this the corporation felt that this is negligence of duty and contract not adhered. We have not fully delivered to the client and given value of their money.  So hence forth the management terminates any appearances of Kartelo on Ebru TV. From the documents that we have it has been stated nowhere that Kartelo has been removed because of his Ghetto Character. And because of this Chipukeezy terminated his contract, Is it because he knows he can’t get viewership anymore so he’s looking for “Pity views”? Veteran singer Susumila has lauded the new age music Gengetone for reclaiming the Kenyan music.

According to the coast based singer, Gengetone came in at an age where Kenyan artistes were fighting for play locally and leveled the playing ground.

Earlier this year, Kenyan artistes ignited an online campaign calling for local entertainment joints and media houses to play more Kenyan content.

The veteran singer now says a lot has changed since the online campaign adding that it was very successful.

“Right now this new age music, Gengetone has reclaimed the Kenyan music playing field. Six months ago you would walk in clubs and all you hear is Bongo and Nigerian music, right now it’s the likes of Wamlambez being played and people like it. The campaign was a good thing and it worked.” he said

The veteran singer also added that the Kenyan music scene has also grown to become fully dependent on social media presence and music platforms to a point that Album sales are no-longer and in thing.

As one of the pioneer artistes in Kenya, the Swahili lyricist says the industry has changed so much from the time he kicked off his career to the time he made a comeback.

The singer also rubbished allegations that the governor supports Tanzanian artistes more than he supports local artistes.

According to Susumila, the Bongo artistes have a strong social media presence and are big in showbiz and that is why there is an illusion that governor 001 only supports them.

“The Governor has really helped us a lot. Personally I can’t tell you for sure he has helped me financially and there are still other projects we are working on. My video for ‘Warembo’ featuring LavaLava was sponsored by the governor. We spent over a Million for the video and I did not contribute a coin. Susumila revealed that he is currently working on a collaboration with  Willy Paul, Ommy Dimpoz and a Nigerian artiste whose Identity he refused to reveal but disclosed that all projects are sponsored by the governor himself.
