Royal media services is deeply mourning the demise of one of their best senior, veteran broadcaster and head of radio, one Waweru Mburu.
Waweru Mburu, popular for his “Yaliyotendeka” programme on Radio citizen for over a decade now passed on Thursday at MP Shah hospital after a long sickness battle Gastrin cancer.
Local media personalities such as Maina Njenga and Willy M Tuva has expressed their deep condolences to one of their colleagues whom they respected so much.
Waweru Mburu’s voice was way far popular than his own face that one would recognize him when he relates to something like,
“Hujambo Msikilizaji….Na Karibu Kwa Yaliyotendeka. Leo nmekuandalia Makala Maalum Uskie ni Vipi Wanasiasa Wanavyoponda Mali ya Umma wakati raia wanakufa umaskini…Studio Waweru Mburu,tukutane kesho nikikuletea …..”
