Social media can be superficial, ridiculous, and just plain stupid sometimes, but it’s part of our identity now, it’s part of how we present ourselves publicly.
Our lovers post everything on social media,their visiting cousins,mothers,pets,memes,food..name it,but they never post about you.
They got a million photos of you on their phone but they have never posted a pint of you. Are they ashamed of you, are they hiding you amongst “their many”??
Should this be defining issue of your relationship? Is it a silly worry ?
I’m not saying there’s nothing going on here. If you’ve been dating for a year and he’s posting pictures of everyone but you, that does seem odd.
There are so many reasons why a guy might choose to keep his dating life private. The worst-case scenario? You’re not the only girl he’s seeing — and maybe not the only one who’s wondering why she’s not on Facebook.
He could be flirting with other women or hiding you because he’s hung up on an ex. Or maybe it’s not so bad: Maybe he’s not ready to introduce you to his family (who will see you online). Or maybe he just prefers to keep his dating life private. That’s his right. And there’s nothing wrong with that either.
