“A prophet is never acknowledged at his/her own hometown,” must be the saying socialite and party animal,one Vannessa Chettle is living by after a club in Eldoret endorsed Huddah Monroe to host a gig over her.
The controversial bisexual socialite argues that the event’s (Ripped and Ragged) organizers should have considered giving her the hosting job over Huddah since she(Vannessa) is from the town (Eldoret) in a bid to appreciate local talents like herself.
Miss Chettle argues that being the first party to be hosted by a socialite in Eldoret, she’d expect to be the first host but Huddah had to host before her when Eldoret is her own hometown,not Huddah’s.
Vannessa however makes it clear that she has nothing against Huddah and that she loves her and that her problem is with the event’s organizers and 411 club’s management.
The “Ripped and Ragged” event will go down on the 25th March at Club 411.
