Turyagumanawe and the cameraman were later released not long after being arrested but the social media uproar caused by this incident is incomparable to nothing.
Protesters present outside the Kasangati residence of opposition leader protesting against Yoweri Kaguta Museveni extended term of ruling as the president after the election board announced him winner of the February 18th 2016 general elections. Museveni was announced winner with over 5 million votes, whilst Besigye came second with 3million + votes.
