Self-proclaimed president of gospel musicians Ringtone Apoko and famous blogger Robert Alai have been involved in a road drama.
In a video circulating the internet, the two were exchanging words with each other after what seemed to be an accident.
The gospel musician was in his Rangerover car while blogger Robert was in his Subaru car.
Ringtone was shouting while on top of his car asking blogger Robert why he has hit him.
“Kwa nini ananipiga? Kwa nini ananipiga? Asked Ringtone who was wondering why blogger Alai beat him.
Apoko was also complaining that the blogger was taking the law into his hands and used a rungu to beat him.
“Haijalishi, sheria kwa mkono,” added Apoko.
The blogger who seemed disturbed by all the shouting got out of his car and started shouting at the musician.
Their confrontation attracted a lot of people who started recording the incident and shared it on social media.
Netizens who surrounded the incident were also blaming the blogger and asking why he beat the mucisian.
“Mbona anampiga? Rungu ni ya nini,” asked a netizen.
“Kwanini anampiga na rungu? It is very unethical,” said another netizen.
The self-proclaimed president is currently nursing wounds from being assaulted by the blogger during the confrontation.
The blogger has been arrested and detained at the Kilimani police station with allegations of assaulting the gospel musician.
The controversial singer was once involved in a rod accident back in July 2019 in Kariobangi but he was not injured.
