Comedian Brendah Jons has revealed that she is no longer working with J Blessing’d digital agency.
According Jons who is known for her role as Mama Kingston she decided to fly solo because there was no transparency from her former management.
Speaking to content creator Carolina Carlz, Jons said she was forced to live as a broke artistes despite making huge amounts of cash.
“I’m working solo now. I had worked with that management for some time and then due to money issues, personal issues I had to walk out…there was no accountability of where the money was going and I was living like a broke artiste so I felt I couldn’t do it. It was a digital agency run by J Blessing,” said Brendah Jons.
She further added that the issue got so messy that lawyers were involved but the settlement was taking too long.
Jons who not known to drama said the process was getting to dramatic for her and she opted to let it all go.
She revealed that whe she walked out, she left well over 400K that the management owed her.
“It was a back and forth, lawyers involved, all that ikafika tu place it was too dramatic I just had to walk out and let it go. Pesa mingi, Sh400, 000,” she added
