Fans of boxing star Floyd Mayweather may be forced to cough some cash just to take a selfie with the former boxer.
Word is, the former boxer will tour the United Kingdom in March where he will charge fans £150 (Ksh. 19,851.44) to have a selfie with him.
The undefeated boxer who has a record of 50-0 will also lodge in a three-star hotel in Blackpool which costs just £35-per-night. According The Sun, the low budget comfort zone has been voted as the worst in the United Kingdom’s hotel chain.
Fans have reacted on Twitter to the charges the American boxer is splashing for his visit despite being worth close to $1 billion.
The four-division weight champion’s visit with all the charges attached to events he would be attending has come as a huge surprise to many.
Fans expressed their disapproval saying: “Who told Floyd Blackpool is similar to Vegas?”
“I can’t for the life of me believe that Floyd Mayweather is going to Blackpool, seriously?”
“I see you are coming to Blackpool, you do realise they say it’s the Vegas of the north… can’t wait until you realise it’s not.”
