Gospel star Size 8 is finally recuperating at home after being discharged from the hospital.
The singer was admitted at Ruai Family Hospital after developing complications that made her get an emergency C-section.
The singer shared a video leaving the hospital with her newborn.
Size 8 has also sent out a sweet message to all who supported her and even the hospital for acting fast adding that without the Doctor she would not have made it.
“I just want to thank my family members who have been there for me, God bless you and all my friends, kina Diana, joe Wacuka and Laura, and everyone else God bless you. My husband, Dj Mo you have been there so much and RFH you’ve really outdone yourself because my situation was very difficult , extremely hard but as an institution I can say thumbs up and to Dr Thuo and Martha my personal gynecologists, nawaambia tu God awabless nlikua nawapigia usiku na hakuna siku hamjashika simu na hamjanisaidia, So to God be the honour the glory and the praise that today I am holding my baby ako hapoi hivi next to me. This must be the greatest hand of god I have seen in my life” she said
The singer had previously revealed that she had suffered seizures during her pregnancy and at one point it got so severe that it restricted her baby’s movements which got her worried.
“At around 3 o’clock, the fetus heart rate went high again, past 170. There was an emergence in the room making sure the heartbeat goes back to normal. The next day Dr. Thuo came with his wife and they were trying to buy more time, because the scan we had was saying it was 34 weeks 4 days. So when they tested the heart rate ya mtoi was so high and they couldn’t buy more time. So they decided that we have to go to the theater because I was already at RFH so they decided I get ready for a C-section,” she said at the time
