Former media personality Jacque Maribe has been forced to respond after fans taunted her relationship status.
Maribe had shared a sweet message dedicated to Eric Omondi after he was crowned the King of African comedy at the recent African Entertainment Awards USA.
“The king himself @ericomondi comedy is you. You done did it!” she wrote
Hours before her the post, Maribe had shared yet another post dedicated to her friend and rumored lover Dennis Itumbi.
“My bestie @dennisitumbi is having a convo on K24 Punchline. Question is he and I among others got HSC awards. Problem is people don’t research how these awards are given. Riswa! Tunaelewa! Mungu mbele. Well done sweetie” she said
Trolls flocked her posts saying she is confusing them and she needs to clarify who her man is.

Maribe responded saying she is very single and the two gentlemen are just her friends.
“@dannydunhillson nilitangaza hukuona. Niko single AF. Those are my friends,” she said
Another critic went on to caution her against addressing Eric Omondi as a friend since they have a baby together.
“@jacquemaribe aiiii! My friends even with a baby. You allow those friends too close Jacq, create distance. Watakucheza ubaki mpweke, wakuache wakuite majina,” wrote one fan
