anjlee gadhvi in workWe Kenyans have always been perceived to be one of the most arrogant and big-headed people a country can ever have.However,many overlook the many virtues  that come from Kenyans.First we are a hard-working nation and most of it all so generous towards supporting each other.

Kenyans stood by Jadudi,Christian of the Logombas brothers,NTV’s Janet Kanini and now K24’s top news anchor Anjlee Gadhvi who is battling with liver cancer for the last one and a half years as she disclosed during a recent media interview.

I was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2013 and have been in and out of the country for treatment and we have so far spent Sh 7 million but we need more to win this fight….”

Anjlee is K24’s lunch time news anchor and a mother of two.She requires 8 more million shillings to undergo a liver transplant in India.

Kenyans once more showed love for Anjlee as the summed up contribution hit 6.4 Million shillings in just two hours thanks to Njogu wa Njoroge,a Kameme Fm Radio presenter who rallied his listeners to contribute just like he did with NTV’s Janet Kanini’s case,resulting to 4 million shillings contribution in less than an hour.

Njogu showed his  appreciation to Kenyans on behalf of Anjlee;

“I am greatly humbled for the efforts that we have all channeled towards this noble cause of saving one of us and it even humbles me because Kenyans always stand with one of their own.”anjlee gandhvi
