Her music is simply versatile and irresistible.In less than 5 years,Victoria Kimani has managed to penetrate Africa’s airwaves from Nigeria,Kenya and collabos in Tanzania.
The Chocolate City’s first lady however,has been on the critic table for sometime over her dressing.Many perceive that Vickie exposes a lot of flesh and that christens her as “Sex Symbol”.
Speaking up to Nigeria’s Vanguard Magazine,Victoria Kimani has opened up about her rather provocative dressing siting that she doesn’t care if people see her as a sex symbol.
Additionally,the ‘Prokoto’ songstress also highlighted that at times she wears the hijab to cover herself as much as she can decide to flaunt.
Here is what she said;
‘I don’t think that is a bad thing. I am quite aware of that. Besides, why should I apologise for owning up to what is mine. At times, I can choose to wear Hijab to cover it up. Sometimes, I decide to flaunt it. I don’t even look at what people say because this is me and I try to be myself oftentimes. It is people who look at me as sex symbol. I think seeing me as a sex symbol depends on what the people seeing me that way think. It is their own assessment because I do not dress or act it. Dressing is a thing of choice, what others like might be what others dislike.’
Victoria’s nudity critics heightened when she once posed topless alongside a beach.
