2018 seems to be a year of blessings for female news anchors. After Lilian Muli and Janet Mbugua both announced their pregnancies.
Smriti, NTV news presenter will be giving her last broadcast today as she will be headed for her maternity leave.
Simitri shared the news with her fans through her Instagram account.
“With one of my favourite peeps @mark_masai Tune in for my last broadcast for a few months…time to take a breather. I’ll be back before you know it! @ntvkenya,” she said
She also shared photos online to announce the pregnancy. She has been married three years now.
