Comedian Carolyne Wanjiku alias Teacher Wanjiku has had a sit down with Eric Omondi to caution him on posting indecent material on social media platforms.
According to Wanjiku, she held a meeting with Omondi over the video and that his mistake was a lesson to others to be careful on what they post and release to the public.
Wanjiku added that even though she does not support what Omondi did, she was glad that he had apologized over the matter.
“My meeting today with @ericomondi : I do not support what @ericomondi did. That was wrong and uncalled for, comedy or not but am glad he apologized and he admits it was inappropriate. This is a lesson to all of us. We should be careful what we post and release to the public. Kiboko tu ndio sikubeba,” said Wanjiku.
Omondi received a huge backlash over the video online when fans said he had crossed the line on his quest for money.
The Consumer Federation Kenya (COFEK) had even called for the comedian’s arrest citing indecent exposure.
