Akothee in a bitter court battle with baby daddy over custody of son

Controversial singer Akothee’s baby daddy has taken her to court over the custody of her son.

The baby daddy popularly known as Markus has filed a case in court under matter of urgency seeking custody of their son Oyoo.

 “One of his allegations is that his child is living with my cohabitants not known to him , please I don’t know the meaning of this word Cohabitant,” stated Akothee.

Akothee is accusing her baby daddy of abandoning her and their baby after nine months of pregnancy.

She further alleges that the baby daddy who is a Swiss took his son when he was three years old but later brought him back claiming that he wanted to enjoy his time.

Akothee is expected in court today.
